Lead Pipeline Dashboard

A dashboard that reads two Google Sheet tabs — Leads and Ad Spend — through a service account, cleans the data and reports the funnel week by week, with cost per lead and per hire. All data in the demo sheet is fake.

Most of the work is in the cleaning: real spreadsheets have duplicates, test rows, five date formats and ten spellings of the same stage.

Highlights

• Merges duplicate submissions by email or phone, keeping the earliest date and the furthest stage reached
• Reads mixed date formats, including Sheets serial numbers, and maps stage spellings onto one list
• Counts leads in the week they arrived and each later stage in the week it happened
• Service-account key kept server-side only; works on a phone
